ER Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was burdening her just for asking about visiting my grandmother. Really seemed to hate her job.

RecommendedI spent 8 days in Audubon with COVID pneumonia. When I went in it was doubtful I would make it. My doctors were awesome and every one on the nursing staff on the 6th floor were the best. They did everything so well, were so professional, friendly and helpful. I feel so much gratitude for my experience there...they truly saved my life! Gloria Bogert

It is a good hospital. I'm looking for a guy I almost ran into in the hallway last year. He kept staring at me and my mom but couldn't say anything. He was running tests with his grandpa
My grandfather had exemplary care while at Audubon. I can’t recommend Dr. Davis and Dr. Schmidt enough. Trust them implicitly!
So normally I only leave good reviews my mother has been faithfully going to this hospital for 20 years. She was just admitted for 3 days for kidney stones and had surgery. When she arrived the er gave her pillows told her to keep them they cannot reuse them and would throw them away so take them home. Tell me why mrs alyessa on 4th floor west side tells my mom today when she is leaving she is taking them from her she can’t have them because they bleach and reuse them 😱 no you read it right they bleach bloody pillows that a... read more

I really hate to give a bad review when there are definitely some caring and compassionate people, but the bad definitely outweighs the good. I will elaborate when I have time to go into detail, but believe the bad reviews.

I want to shout out Katie M. from the sleep center. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous and she made me feel better almost immediately with her friendly conversation and gentle manner. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and she even brought me a coffee this morning when she woke me up because she knew how hard it was for me to go all day without it yesterday.
