Visit(ER) with daughter on 4/7/19 was terrible! We were there from 1:30pm to 10 pm to basically have an incompetent doctor make a joke of my daughter's pain. Told she cold roll a rubber ball between the wall & her back to relieve the pain or quit her job. WHAT? How does that make sense? How does a person like that get a license to practice medicine? My daughter has a bulging disc in her back & is in pain. Discharging nurse yanked an iv line from my daughter's arm,causing further injury.We still do not know why the blood work... read more
Father has been there for 6 hrs with chest pains and not seen. Horrible service.
parking is horrible! dropped my parents at front door to their appointments mad spent entire time driving in circles. It's time to shift that Dr parking across the street and open up all those spaces to patients with disabilities to access hospital with ease! I also believe you are allowing people to store cars in garage. I've been on several occasions and seen same card parked collecting dust. Fix these problems or I'll take my entire family to your rival Baptist where there's not a problem finding parking space. they value... read more
A staff with greater regard for the care of patients is desperately needed.
Emergency room was disgusting vomit bags on floor garbage everywhere trash cans full patient ivs on the floor face masks just lying around on tables chairs etc... blankets laying everywhere. Sister came in with chest pains.... and had to wait to be seen for 5 hours!!!! I thought chest pains is a major order. After waiting for 5 hours. she is ask to walk thru hallways of people in make shift rooms where is the privacy in that?
