Sorry Audubon. But telling a patient “we’re pushing your surgery back 12 hours because we usually get busy on Wednesday’s” is completely unacceptable. Get your shit together. Don’t take your loved ones here.
The only hospital I will have my procedures test, surgeries done at. Love love love the staff and Doctors there. And the PT STAFF IS AWESOME ALSO. Keep up the great work everyone
