I do not recommend these homes. I have lived here for almost two years and the outside looks better than the in. For the past two months they have hired people to repaint and replace the gutter work, they have waisted their money. The real fixing needs to be in side and with the air conditioning units that always break and never fix, I have had maintenance tell the office and me and my wife that my unit needs to be replaced and they have not did anything about it, that was six months ago.
