Bree-thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. I am very sorry you had a bad experience, I am not sure where the miscommunication occurred. Our normal boarding is $20/night, puppy boarding is $27/night because we try to accommodate your puppy's potty training. We know puppies need to go out more often and require a little more attention. They are leash walked 4 times a day, compared to 2. As far as our hours go, we are only open until 7pm on Wednesdays, which is the day you dropped off. I apologize for the misu... read more
Absolutely fantastic staff and veterinarian! I have hedgehogs and was having an endless list of ear problems that no other vet hospital could help me with. I came here and within 2 weeks my hog is already smelling, looking and feeling better. Absolutely incredible. I work everyday and they were able to get me an immediate appointment to get her seen. I will take my animals here from now on. I highly recommend for not only exotics but for any animal you have. Love, love, love!
Dr Kolesar went above and beyond when he graciously provided emergency care to our beloved pet Molly on Christmas Day. Molly was hit by a car. She was breathing heavily and lying lifeless in our arms. Through God's grace Molly was restored to life. A Christmas miracle that happened because of the quick, caring response of a compassionate, highly skilled veterinarian.
