Harlee, we are very sorry you had a bad experience. Please use the medications given even if they have the same ingredients because the concentration is different. You obviously want the best for your fur kids or you wouldn't have tried to treat the situation yourself or come in for a visit. Please keep us posted on how the treatment is going. We want to make sure your fur kids feel better.
Our lab was very sick and in alot of pain, we knew she needed to be seen that very day. Our own vet couldn't get her in for 2 days. (Note: our vet retired and a new one took over) I called Northwoods and they got her in within a few hours. Sad to say we had to put her down. Dr, Kolesar and his staff were wonderful. I love Northwoods! They really care about the animals. My cat Eva was diagnosed with kidney issues and the team has been awesome with taking care of her. A big thanks to Jessica any anyone else who cared for her during her hospitalization. I knew Eva was in good hands. :) Dr. Kolesar is a great vet and I always feel comfortable bringing my fur babies in for check ups and appointments!

I have been a client of Dr. Kolesar since 1987-88, long before he established Northwood Pet Care. Way back... I owned and operated a boarding/training kennel and started going to Bill after less that satisfactory results with other area vets. At this point, I wouldn't trust any vet besides Dr. Kolesar, who has a wealth of experience. As far as I am concerned, he ranks among the top vets in Central Mi area.. Northwoods clinic is nothinig short of first class and totally professional.

Recently my Yellow Lab Lily became suddenly very ill with cancer and passed away. The staff, especially Kelly was very kind and compassionate. During this painful time it is nice to know they care about our fur babies as much as we do. Thank you Dr. Kolazar and Staff!!
