Awesome! Madison at Northwoods has been excellent so far - great service and great staff!
madison northwoods Upstairs neighbour has no clue about apartment living. She stomps around all. Of the time! She puts her trash on the deck for the squirrels to pick through. Dirty diapers make it from her deck to the ground. Management told us to call the cops! There are open apartments here, they won't move us or her! Parking is ridiculous! I have a Toyota Tundra and to park it isl like parking the Titanic. And, I work 2nd shift so forget parking near your building if you come home past midnight. Pool is open only until 8... read more
Comfortable Ive lived here at Madison Northwoods for almost a year now. The community is kept clean and the maintenance workers are always prompt when there are issues in and around the apartments. The pool, gym & tanning bed are nice amenities if you have enough time to take advantage of them. I wish my apartment was tad bit bigger and instead of carpet there was hard wood floor since pets are allowed. Great place! I love everything about Madison Northwoods....except for the price of rent. It's a beautiful complex that includes a nice pool, a recently updated fitness center, and a cute little dog park! The office staff and maintenance crew are super friendly and always helpful. Parking kind of sucks; especially for your visitors. If they don't have a visitor pass THEY WILL GET TOWED!!!! But, other than that, Madison Northwoods is awesome......if you can afford it.
