I used to live in Chapel Knoll. Once you lease has ran out and you move out, they will not return your deposit. My deposit was $300. When I moved out my apartment was spotless and clean. No trash or furniture was left in the apartment. Yet they do not return my calls and they have not issued my deposit back. It has been 6 months and still no return deposit check and no return phone calls from the many voicemails I have left on the office phone.
