Archie and Northwood Tree Care have been caring for our 100yr old Sweetgum tree for 5 years now. The tree is as healthy as it can be, and it's a magnificent anchor for the street. Northwood has never hidden any information or done anything we hadn't agreed upon, I will continue to put all our trees in their hands. 5 stars is not enough!
Absolutely fantastic experience. Archie is super knowledgeable. His crew is fast and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Would definitely recommend!
Eric was great! He was really knowledgeable, honest, and focused on the health of my plants -- not making money. My old tree care company usually recommended spraying, but Eric explained that the goal is to have resilient plants, and that in this case spraying would be counterproductive. He spent a lot of time educating me, and left me with a recommendation to be better about watering my shrubs. He wasn't at all pushy. Total bill: $0.00. I will definitely be calling him again next year!
The two person crew came exactly on time as scheduled. They removed very large broken dangling branches hovering over neighboring fences with precision and in a tidy manner. Cleaned up and took more debris than contracted and area looked liked they were never there. Highly recommend this company. I am having them come back in the Fall to trim up foliage over and around the home.
Arch and his team removed a fallen oak tree that stratled our shed without crushing it. One of the larger branches of the tree prevented a total collapse from destroying the shed. He and his team meticulously, using all his technical skills, block and tackle, and ropes galore to first stabilize and saw this tree piece by piece. It was a long process taking many hours to complete. This oak had to have been 100 years old. It was large enough that you couldn't place your arms around it.
