Had to get my physical exam last year here and the doctors were very professional, the female who did my exam currently doesn’t work there anymore but I recently had to go back this year to get a nexplanon removal because it was put in at Munson kalkaska and I was in immense pain. When the doctors at munson kalkaska refused to listen to my needs and wouldn’t help me schedule a removal I had to go back here. The only reason I stayed with this clinic was for my doctor who is now gone.. i left with her.. front desk is nice when there but not on the phone.. when I thought I was having a miscarriage which I ended up being correct they told me that if I was I was having a miscarriage that there was nothing they could do fore .. I miscarried later that day.. the staff also added cry because I was 10 minutes late to a 6 week check up after driving a hour by telling me I couldn't be seen and had to reschedule.. sounds like the office is... read more

The front ladies are as sweet as can be. The doctors? Stay clear away. I transferred over from the women's clinic to Northwoods and really wish I hadn't. The doctors simply don't care about you.
