Completely worthless shop crew. Bought five vehicles from this dealership and they have been terrible to work with everytime. Horrible customer service, zero communication, your appointment time ends up in the abyss somewhere and if you happen to get your car in, dont expect to hear anything unless you harass them about it. Sales and finance guys are good though.
Went in today for a trade in, had a little miscommunication to start with, took a bit long to get what I asked for and wanted to see in front of me. Met a few staff and didn't really get their name. But I believe their name was Kat and Adam(finance). I'd still give it a 5 because they were down to earth and understanding people, Easy guys to talked to, they really trying to help and made the process less stressful. Good listener.
