You couldn’t ask for a more caring, supportive and smart group of veterinarians. We took our first dog here for over 11 years and our puppy is now under the care of Dr. Roberts. Even the front desk crew is kind and attentive.
As usual great service from everyone. My friend brought her new puppy, Trapp, to Northwood just to see Dr. Pursley. Everyone was great from the staff up front to The techs and of course Dr. Pursley.
If you can put up with me, and my dogs, you are great.
A friend referred me to Northwood when my rabbit needed a molar trim and my other vet wanted to charge an exorbitant rate. Northwood’s rate was much more affordable and they took great care of our rabbit. Dr Roberts even took time to do a follow up call with me when we had more questions in the days following the surgery.
We love everybody there. They all treat our dog with good humor and compassion. Love all the doctors, especially Jennifer Pursley. She is amazing and kind. It’s a wonderful place to take your pet.
The receptionists try hard to work patients into the schedule when possible semi-emergencies occur. And, of course, Dr. Roberts always does a thorough exam and provides helpful explanations for better rabbit care.
