Great Place I brought my dog here after 10 pm last year after he fell out of a car window. I was seen immediately, and Dr. Cavell was very nice. After her examination she determined that my dog was not injured badly. She did not make him do any unnecessary tests or x-rays. She sent him home with some pain meds and he was back to himself within 2 days. I definitely recommend this clinic! I was so grateful they were open 24 hours.

Awesome I took my young puppy jasmine in for her first visit a couple of weeks ago. I was a little sckeptacal at first because of the negative reviews. I was however very pleased with the service and knowledge of their staff. Thumbs Up!

They were all about the money I have taken my pets to four places in this town. This place was not only the most expensive, it was also the worst. I saw no benefit to continuing with their services. The after hours emergency center did not make any attempt to gouge my pocket book, but this place did. Repeatedly and rudely. The incredibly cheap place several blocks away has too long of a wait, but the people are nicer, more knowledgeable and more competent. Northwood Animal Hospital I have had the best experience with Northwood Animal Hospital, their staff and Dr. Brumfield. I took my ferret to see Dr. Brumfield who was EXTREMELY knowledgable about ferrets. My pet ended up having to stay in the hospital for 11 days straight and I have no doubt that he would not have made it without the excellent medical care he received there. I can honestly say that I wish my personal Doctor was halfway attentive as Dr. Brumfield was to my pet. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Happy Dog Owner I just wanted to share with others the positive experience I had with Northwood Animal here in Tallahassee. Dr. Brumfield and his team had to perform a very complicated surgery on my Labrador Retreiver, Jake. While it is difficult to dicuss the particulars of your case due to the anonymity of the review process, we always strive to provide the highest level of care to all our patients. Based on your description, it sounds like your cat has a herpes virus. Though there is a diagnostic test available for herpes virus, the cost of the test is generally prohibitive and would not change the treatment of your cat. customer feedback I thought my pet's virus should have been tested the first visit as it turned out to be very serious. It cost us repeated visits and medicines before finding out exactly what the problem was. Though some treatment was on target, I feel it wasn't enough. The virus settled in her eyes and she may go blind from eye ulcerations. She is currently seeing a specialist but is having problems because of a suppressed immune system. The many antibiotics she received over time hasn't helped her immune system.

Unsatisfactory This place is NOT professional. There are employees there who have tattoos, piercings, and are just plain rude. Going here was the worst experience of my life!!
