RecommendedWe've been bringing our two Shih Tzus here for 8 years since they were both puppies. The front desk associates are always friendly and so helpful. The vet techs and Veterinarians are wonderful and so caring. They've always done a great job explaining medications and care during health issues. The real proof is when your pets enjoy the staff too. That's when you really know they are in good hands. Thank you Northwind for your wonderful care of Cooper and Nala over the years!

Definitely 5 star. The staff is always friendly and courteous. We travel past other veterinarian clinics that are either near or on the way to Northwind Animal Hospital. We feel that our pet is always taking well care of when we are there.
RecommendedNorthwind animal hospital is top notch. From the front desk to the tech to the doctor. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! They were able to get my pets in when they needed to be seen and if there wasn’t anything available they place you on a wait list and will call you if something is available. The doctors we have seen (Dr. Cross is who we saw today) are very kind and are sure to help explain everything to you and are always there to answer any questions you may have. I definitely recommend coming here!
RecommendedI have been taking my pets to Dr.Russ since he opened the practice at the old location. He is loving and kind to your pet and treats them like his own. The staff is wonderful as well.
