RecommendedTook my 2 new kittens to Northwind Animal Hospital for their 1st vet appointment. Dr. Matthew Cross is a fabulous veterinarian. They treat every pet like they are their own.
Never have I ever encountered such horrible service and patient care. I am not the first nor will I be the last. Stay clear of this place and find somewhere else to take your pet. Many neighbors had warned but We did not listen. Now we are stuck with an Injured pet and no where to turn but the Pet ER when NAH is refusing to see us for 4 more days. Unbelievable
The staff at Northwind are some of the best. They care a lot about their patients and in this difficult time make it as easy as possible.
Seriously the best vets, I've been going here for years from childhood onto now. We recently had to go through the painful process of putting our beloved pitbull blu down due to cancer. the whole staff made the process so smooth and easy even through all this covid. They helped with us getting him back in our house, and a copy of his paw print. they also sent us an amazing card. Even though it had to be curbside, the vet did talk to me via phone, I felt they did an awesome job. I was very pleased with the visit.
Northwind is wonderful! The staff is the best! They are very caring and compassionate to all the fur babies. We have been taking our fur babies to Northwind Animal Hospital for over 14 years.
Great staff. We have taken all of n our dogs here and never had a bad experience.
