The staff here is awesome. So caring and patient with the animals and their owners. Prices are VERY reasonable too!

My pets have been followed by Northwind for a long time. I have referred friends and family to them. But something must be different lately. I have had two people tell me they needed care for their established patient pets and were turned away completely because they were too busy. My other friend had to delay treating a diagnosed illness till several days after being diagnosed because they were too busy. My friend that was turned away with a sick dog spent $500 plus at the Pet ER.
I have been taking my pets to Dr Russ for 15+ years... I will never forget the kindness and care that we received when we had to make the decision to put my childhood cat to sleep... Dr Russ truly loves his job and cares about his animal, and human, customers. Fast forward many years. His business has been so successful they had to move to a much larger facility and hire more Veterinarians and many more techs. Northwind is a very exceptional place to take your pets. I just started taking my Pitbull there and everyone is so nice and friendly to him whenever he comes in. Great service and people!
