they kept my daughter in the er for 4 days until they could transfer her then to top it off they lost her glasses and refused to pay for them

I was taken there by ambulance after a fall. after xrays ,cat scan, I was told ortho doc wasn't coming in and told to make an appt. after ortho appt was told he would have come if he'd have been able to tell the extent of the damage on the pix. ended up being elbow fractures, 2 disconnected bones and more. 4 HOUR surgery !
they decided to stop my sons services completely. they have failed him. he will be needing his meds soon. you wonder what is wrong with the system, its places like them that let your child slip through the cracks. at least set him up with someone before letting him go... the mental health system needs help.. so so sad..

Husband brought to ER after fall on ice. After xrays told no breaks or other injury. He was complaining of stomach issues but was told only bruises. When we requested medical records and xrays they clearly showed fractured rib. In addition he continued to not feel good and loss of appetite. Took him to ER at Hines VA and had emergency surgery for tear in small intestine. Could have died if it burst.

Entire team Highly skilled with expert knowledge and technology, professional and caring from the the valet and the person who checks you in, to the Nurses, Doctors and entire Clinical team who care for me. You're more than a Patient to this team. Definitely respect the knowledge and expertise of my Drs. and Clinical team. Made me the Leader of my treatment plan. My best advise is your ER doctors should go back to Medical School and learn the difference between a sinus infection and an abscessed tooth. I'll be seeing you in court.
