From the minute I walked into the hospital I was taken care of and had many different members of staff providing me excellent service and superior healthcare services From emergency room to seventh floor to other departments. Grateful that I choose northwestern medical over hospital’s east of me. Grateful

Worst hospital experience ever.... lazy nurses, rude nurses, lying nurses, horrible patient care... I will be going to Delnor from now on... it’s rather sad it takes someone illness to realize how poor the service at Kishwaukee is... very, very poor.

RecommendedHad back surgery spent four days before transferring to Marianjoy. My only complaint nurses were short staffed my surgeon had to change a dressing.
RecommendedI was blessed to witness the birth of my nephew yesterday and I cannot express how impressed I was with all of the staff in delivery. My sister had met nurse Terri in triage before and was lucky to have been there during her shift and requested her again. She, and all of the staff, were so caring, professional and just absolutely amazing during the whole labor and delivery process.
