no matter what...ALWAYS very long wait times!!! the staff there isn't very efficient..routine visit lasting almost 4hours??? come on that's too much. you've been doing this a while why the stressfully looooooooooong wait times?
Online appointments is the way to go. Very nice and thorough staff.
