The facility and doctors are fine. However, their billing department is the worst. They are completely incapable of handling billing the insurance companies in right order when you have a primary and secondary insurance. I have been visiting this facility for past 6 years have got this wrong every single time.
RecommendedNW vision have always looked after our eyes now for yrs we had careracts done and they have been fab. vision improved and stayed that way just now fading a bit after ten yrs...Dr Gilbert is the bes.t
Don't think Dr. Offices should sell vitamins and fish oil. They really push it
Second time I have had an appointment her and have waited over an hour to be seen.
Two days before I was going on vacation I had an issue with what I thought was a bad stye come up very suddenly, but no matter how many compresses I used the swelling wouldn't go down. The staff at NVI were able to squeeze me in at the last minute and were so helpful and calming, I don't do great at doctor's offices, so this was a relief for me. Dr. Gilbert has his staff are amazing and very friendly very professional and we commute from Puyallup just to go see him and his wonderful staff
Dr. Gilbert and staff are amazing. Great care is given to see that you are comfortable and any questions are answered with confidence and knowledge.
This is the best place! Dr. Gilbert and his entire staff are fantastic! A special shout out to Stella and Amy for making everything so comfortable for me, Because if you know me, you know I am a little high maintenance. :-)
