This place is a joke. It took 3 YEARS to get blinds for the back door that were paid for on MOVE IN DAY. Repairs that were asked to be fixed in 2017 that were never done. The back door continues to leak when it rains despite countless calls to the maintenance team and property managers. Was gonna resign another yearly lease by the end of August but were hit with a notice in our mailbox out of nowhere saying they are forcing us to buy this place or get out within 30 days and have our stuff thrown in the street. I was sold on lies & empty promises. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management/front office team is so far beyond incompetent at their jobs it's scary. But one individual in particular, the sales rep Joe Danieri, is the very definition of a con man. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM HIM. While looking for homes to purchase I spoke with him & he enticed me into the process of purchasing a used mobile home by offering me a great promotion (a cash match for whatever I put down on purchasing the home of up to $3000).
