Francesca is the absolute best! When I came in to look at the property she was so helpful and got us approved and moved in within a week 😊 so far so good here we are loving our new home!
Francesca is wonderful. She did her magic and helped my husband and I move in before Christmas. The manager Doris was amazing as well. They worked so hard for us to get the perfect home. We were able to move in before Christmas. They are literally our guardian angels. So blessed to start our new journey in Northwest Trails!!!
I would no recommend this place at all !!! They don’t get anything done since I’ve moved in haven’t done my grass , ant piles everywhere when I’ve asked to get fixed ! Worst front office ever no communication at ALL rather communicate on a piece of paper taped to my door then setting up a meeting or calling !!!!!!
I have recently moved in not to long ago and let me tell you Veronica was a big help!! She was outgoing and very easy to talk too! She was able to answer all of my questions regarding a mobile home! Again thank you Veronica for all your help!!

Veronica was excellent! She’s friendly and She works quick and efficiently! She is SUPER quick to respond too!! Any questions I have she always responds almost immediately. The property itself is great as well.
I recently just moved in,I’d say about a month ago and since the first day I got here I really liked the community.The people here are so welcoming,especially the ones in the office who have resolved any concerns I’ve had since I moved in.It also happens that I’m not the only satisfied one in the family,my two little ones really enjoy the playground and pool.They have plenty of events for kids,and just last week there was a Pool Party where everyone from the neighborhood was invited,they had music,food and glow in the dark s... read more
