I live here since 2016, every year the lot rent goes up. Nothing has change. If. Buyers beware, management and staff are nice when you are in talks to purchase a home but once you move in they are no help. Possums, raccoons, skunks, ants, they don’t care they don’t live here.
RecommendedWe just got settled in at our new home and are absolutely in loved with it. Franchesca Ramirez is the nicest, understanding and most helpful person. She made my husband and I feel welcomed when we got in contact all the time. And was patient with us. The community is beautiful, well organized, fair, and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

I have lived here for 5 years and i love it. Staff is welcoming .New management has made a positive impact on this neighborhood. They go above and beyond on activities for our kids. Yards are always well maintained. From renting to now owning our home, maintenance has always been there to give a helping hand when needed. Kudos to Doris and Tom, you all are awesome!
