RecommendedIt’s a wonderful area to live at. Right off the highway and surrounded by so many AMAZING restaurants. I’ve been a resident going on 7 years and I’m glad to call this place home. This is what we did as a community tonight and it was an awesome turnout. Thank you Northwest Trails for a good time and great memories ❤️❤️❤️
really bad place to live, rules dont apply to all residents evenly, told one thing when going to move our home there and now its a different story, everyone recently got charged $25.00 per vehicle for a towing service they hired! why should i pay for a towing service when i park in my own drive way???? tow the cars on the street and have towing company bill the owner, or bill NW Trails and then bill the owner of the car problem solved! very Rude people, even corporate, destroyed some of my property, had a dog house and then I call and most people at corporate are rude, and even I have video of management being rude to me and my brother and have pictures and I will be posting this ( therefore the company northwest trails wont be able to sue me or take any action on me or will be considered retaliation)
I have lived here 16 years and it’s time to move. Do not move here.

We have lived at Northwest Trails for a little over 6 years & we absolutely love it here, the staff at the office are great & caring, our neighbors are wonderful & the community is kept impeccable, we are blessed to be here & thankful for a safe place to live.
I have lived at Northwest Trails for over 5 years and I know I made the right decision. I love my home, my neighbors and most of all the kind and caring assistance I can get from Merilee, Moe and Tomas in the office.
