My car broke down today and after I had it towed to Northwest Tire & Auto the service department was great! I obviously did not have an appointment but they knew I was from out of town and worked me in and got me back on the road in a few hours! Thanks guys!
I've been doing business with NW Tire for over 20 years. They have saved me money and found parts no one else could for my Saturn. Russ his team are the best.
I have been a customer for more than a decade at the suggestion of a coworker when Dobbs was going to drag me over the coals with a near $1600 bill for a repair that NW did for about half that! Today, I am a happy customer all over again! Called at 7:10 this morning stating I needed a water pump replaced on my 08 Chevy Colorado. Russ had my paperwork ready when I walked in 10 minutes later. By 9 a.m. I got confirmation it was indeed the water pump and it's now 11:23 and Joe just called to let me know it's done! Great service... read more
