Great experience, I was a last minute add on and everyone was great and easy to work with, my nurses were all fabulous and Dr. Roy was great about making me feel comfortable (even after 7 knee surgeries I get nervous). Dr. Jacob was his usual awesome self. One of the best outpatient surgery experiences that I have had.
Everyone is so caring and professional!!! It is a small surgical facility and they give you their full attention.
I want to thank Dr. Roy for being so diligent and thorough with his job when it came to my mom Barbara Uselton yesterday. I have a lot of admiration for the decision you made about her surgery yesterday. Thank you so much!!
The best place to work ever!
Really do not appreciate their collection agency calling me about my bill, and as I'm trying to explain the situation he treats me like crap and hangs up on me. Then I call back and get told they can treat me how they want cause you are their client and I am not. I will never use your services again and I will tell everyone exactly how I was treated by people you hire. I am very displeased and feel very disrespected.
