I have a few surgeries myself in different facilities and I have been with my parents at different facilities and I have never seen the pure professionalism and promptness as I have in this facility today. I am very impressed!!!!! WAY TO GO NORTHWEST SURGICAL!!!! ��

The entire staff were so helpful and attentive. They calmed my anxiousness I was feeling prior to my surgery. I wasn't just another body going through the hospital, I felt like family being taken care of.

I had an iron transfusion today, and my nurses were amazing! Everyone I met from reception up to my room had great attitudes and were super friendly. Debra and Louis made it much more tolerable to be wasting a day doing that! I think people would have much better experiences if more places were like this. Thank you Debra and Louis!!

I had a most kind nurse who ran my infusion very slowly to avoid potential reactions. This is a comfortable and clean facility. I had my own room with a private restroom, chairs if you have family with you, tv, and even was offered food and sodas/juice throughout the day. The bed even had a heater to counteract the cold liquids. :) Thank you to the wonderful nurses at this hospital.

My nurses were the best!! I was on a verge of panic attack but they kept me laughing none stop!! And Dr.Roy brought his A game with the anesthesia!!

Clean. Professional location. In and out with no problems or complaints. Nurses were great.
