Taylor went above and beyond in friendly helpful customer service! I would highly recommend Taylor.
These reviews are such a trip, clearly different people have different experiences. I can only speak for myself - Taylor completely repaired and revitalized the derelict and non-functional hot tub on my rental property in no time flat. The tub hadn't been maintained for years - he dug right in, identified multiple issues, tracked down parts, came back same day and stayed well past business hours to make sure it was running perfectly. Taylor was the worst contractor experience I've ever had. We are still in a dispute over a job a pool pump that he "installed". He did not do the job correctly and was completely unresponsive about fixing it and making it right. It seriously was months of back and forth, he didn't do the job when he first said he would, it took him two weeks later he should up and didn't install it correctly. Not good he came out and put chemical in my fountain and never call me back. It has caused damage
Taylor did an outstanding job cleaning our pool, cover track and pool cover. He was very flexible and responsive! Highly recommend Northwest Spa Maintenance!
