Dr. Peterson's office offers professional and personal service that makes you feel more like a friend then a patient. I have been going to Dr. Peterson’s office ever since I can remember. He is the only dentist I have ever seen. Over the years, the staff at Northwest Smile Design has become like a family to me. These guys are the best. They go out of their way to make sure the experience is excellent and that your comfortable. I used to have pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist but this team does such a great job every time I have no fear or anxiety when coming here. I literally had these guys in mind when shopping for a house.
I have been a patient of Dr. Peterson for the past 4-5 years. My entire life I have been terrified of the dentist that I was constantly cancelling and missing my appointments After seeing Dr. Peterson much of my phobia has dissipated because the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The one thing I like about the clinic is that the staff is treated like family to Dr. Peterson. He treats his employees well and it has the feeling of extending out to the patients. I can't say enough good things about NW Smile Design.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Peterson since 1994. His staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Peterson is an excellent DDS. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and discusses the best options. We wouldn't go to anyone one else.
