After a severe windstorm in our area, my Mom lost several shingles from her roof. I suggested she call NW Roofing. Even though they were slammed with service calls from the ongoing storm, they went out same day to inspect. Then, came out the following Sunday to make the repairs and provide an estimate for potential issues down the road that they noticed during the inspection. To top it off - they refused payment!
