I called to book my referral appointment with NW Renal Clinic. I want to say around March-April is when I called and then they were super on top of everything. I was able to get in my mailbox their New Patient paperwork, highlighted everything I needed to bring, and where I needed to sign. Very straightforward. In reality, they deserve negative stars. I had 2 separate referrals sent to their office from my doctor. I never received any contact about setting up an appointment. So I called them and they were beyond unprofessional by telling me someone will call me back to schedule the appointment. Never got a call back either time! So I gave up. So my mom and wife both called on separate occasions with the exact same result. No call back and no appointment. A referral was sent by my husband’s primary care doctor to have a kidney issue checked. No one got in touch with him, he has called twice to follow up, but has been fobbed off with different excuses. It has been nearly three months. Still no call. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.
I so appreciate the care of Dr Sanjay Neupane and his great staff over the last several years! You can just tell they really care about you! I just got a call back from their office regarding a small detail discussed at my recent visit and they just wanted to know if I fully understood and if I had any questions! Just amazing! You don’t see that everyday! Thank you!
