Dr. Griffith is THE BEST Nephrologist! Very kind and caring AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!
I was incredibly disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Nepani. After starting dialysis at Fresenius and expressing my interest in a kidney transplant, it felt like I had to jump through hoops for 10 months. Not only was he reluctant to send the referral, I later learned he actively discouraged the hospital from listing me, stating I wasn't ready. I'm still not on the transplant list, and I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.
I called to book my referral appointment with NW Renal Clinic. I want to say around March-April is when I called and then they were super on top of everything. I was able to get in my mailbox their New Patient paperwork, highlighted everything I needed to bring, and where I needed to sign. Very straightforward. In reality, they deserve negative stars. I had 2 separate referrals sent to their office from my doctor. I never received any contact about setting up an appointment. So I called them and they were beyond unprofessional by telling me someone will call me back to schedule the appointment. Never got a call back either time! So I gave up. So my mom and wife both called on separate occasions with the exact same result. No call back and no appointment.
