I had a CT Scan and it was easy in, and easy out. Staff was friendly, and welcoming. My appt was at 230, I got in at 230, and was on my way 10 minutes later. Special thanks to Michelle, for treating with care, and understanding. �

Unfortunately, I had to go back for an ultrasound today after something was spotted on my mammogram last week. I can't begin to tell you how amazing the staff there is..from the man who checked me in at the front desk (I know he has been there several years and always so nice) to Bev (who did the ultrasound and is simply the most compassionate person). I've used NW many times, I've always found them to be nice, professional & competent. Also, the fee for their services is among the most cost effective in the area.
The xray part of the service was fine. However, the billing needs MAJOR improvement. I called them as my balance on my bill was quite small ($10) and their online pay would not allow me to pay my balance (since February). I called THREE times and left messages and NOBODY called me back. Today (two months later), I receive a collection notice for $10. Wow really? Enjoy getting your 70% of your 10 when you could have 100% if you would have called me back or taken care of the online issue I was having on your bill pay.
As it turned out thought I was early and I was by a day! They fit me in so I would not have to come back! Great customer service!
