Chase certainly knows plumbing - replaced 3 sump pumps - all 3 no longer repairable - new and much improved battery box with emergency siren and system information - patience explaining what & how new systems work - brought all materials necessary for replacement to job site - and spotless cleanup when job completed - a pleasure doing business with him - thank you Chase & Northwest Plumbing!!!

Northwest Mechanical and Shawn came through with flying colors when I had a plumbing emergency. Shawn arrived in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and made a recommendation for an improvement. I was sufficiently impressed with the response time and quality of service that I bought an annual service agreement. 13 months later: Was fortunate to have Shaun and his assistant Joe repair faulty plumbing under 3 sinks.
