Tanner got the issue resolved. Took all the effort needed to address the issue in the best way possible. Also appreciated his cleanup after the work was done.
Nick was prompt, professional and personable. He explained our problem to us while quickly fixing it. He provided tips on how to avoid the same problem in the future. I'd request him if I need any other plumbing fixes in the future
