This place is a joke! I made an appointment for two showings a week ago and the guy cancelled the day before. So I booked another appointment and they cancelled as soon as I got there after confirming the appointment!! This is an extreme disrespect to my time. A seriously just a joke. No wonder this place has such terrible reviews. Thank god it did not workout I wouldn’t want to live somewhere or give a guy money who is a clown.

I was amaze of how responsive they were when I was having trouble with the. Schedule of an appointment due to a miscommunication that was of my fault. Instead of sending me back home they were able to work with me in making adjustments to the schedule. I appreciate the staff and their patience.

The man Rob who responds to appointments is by far the worst person to deal with! I made an appointment days ago and called to confirm as well as add another showing. The morning of I confirmed my appointment by 6am via text response as instructed. I went to the apartment that I was suppose to see and was there 30 minutes early. He waited until 5 minutes prior to my appointment to text me and tell me that the “software” had a glitch and he doesn’t know why it let me book an appointment that early.(7am to be exact) I was let ... read more

Very, very unprofessional. No one showed up to my confirmed showing, nor did they answer or return my calls. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you choose to deal with them, trust me, it’ll be a waste of your time and your gas if you drive. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option.
