RecommendedGot good doctors. And cafeteria food is good and cheap. Hospital part very quiet.
We love our pediatrician and her nurse, but trying to get an appointment is awful. It seems like every time I call, I either get caught in a loop of “this number is busy” or get put on hold and disconnected after 15 minutes.
I called in today to change an appointment for my stepdaughter who is currently living in my home. I was very rudely told that since I am not on the birth certificate I cannot make or change an appointment for her at all. It's a little ridiculous being a legal guardian and I being able to get help for your child. Yet I was able to call and make her chart and set up the initial appointment
My husband had a sore throat so he could not be examined in person. This is after everyone in the house had a negative covid test. So we were billed full amount for a tele visit yet the doctor can’t check his throat or his ears! Was told if he needs to be seen or anything done he will be sent somewhere else which is just more money. Also, he was there before they opened and had to wait over 2 hours before even speaking to a doctor. All the people who could be seen in person went before him, even though he arrived first.
I honestly don't know why they are still open a month ago I got real sick( not the coroner virus ) and they flat put refused to open their doors they gentleman on the phone was short and rude as he'll I have every intention of contacting the arkansas board of health Now the clinic next door on the other hand is beyond spectacular always friendly and professional love the clinic but not that hospital
Made a appointment for a virtual visit and no one showed up. When I called the office to ask I was told the nurses were about to call me. After I logged in the 15 min early like asked and waited the 30 min for the appointment. No one could take the time to call me and ask to reschedule or let me know the doctor was running way behind? I emailed in a complaint and was told someone would contact me in a day or two. RecommendedMy mom, Sandy Boyer, was recently at Mercy Rehab, Dr. Pak and Meredith adjusted my mom’s medications and truly listened to her concerns and the anxiety she was experiencing as a result of her surgery. Caitlin, her PT, helped her figure out her brace, bed comfort, and using stairs. April, OT, helped her confidence in daily personal self-care and use of equipment to assure her independence. RecommendedMy grandmother (almost 90) just spent about a week at your facility. We were absolutely thrilled with her care. She was sent over from Cox and we noticed she was on a heart healthy diet. She was not happy with this so we spoke with Meredith, the nurse practitioner, to see what could be done. She was quick to resolve this issue, making for a much less cranky patient!
