They truly care for my kids.
We’ve been less than pleased with Northwest Pediatrics and Dr. Hardzog-Britt. She’s always in too much of a rush and makes us feel like we’re inconveniencing her. She’s also very old school and was judgemental towards us regarding certain things. Although we loved her nurse Xavier, she was not a good fit for us as far as an MD. When our daughter wasn’t yet pulling up at 9 months, she acted like it was very alarming that she hadn’t met that milestone yet. Im a first time mom and love that NW pediatrics allows same day appointments. Dr Madore is amazing and definitely calms first time mom anxieties. I am so thankful I can walk in and have my worries addressed professionally and kindly!
Unprofessional and incompetent staff.
I love this practice, they have done really well with my son and taken care of his needs. There very friendly and helpful and nice people. I recommend it.
