This is THE worst hospital, with the WORST staff in town. The way to improve it would be to fire half the staff or close the place down!!

I just called the NW Med Ctr. ER asking if they can test for COVID-19, if you have the symptoms, they can but only at the DISCRETION of the Doctor. So we have a Global Pandemic and you choose if you want too or don't want to test people for Coronavirus...WOW!
They can never get their billing straight. They tell you one amount and then bill you for a totally different higher amount. You call and they have no idea. They are ripping people off left and right and I have had enough. It’s just not right. Very sad. I think the news should do an investigation on all the billing mishaps, so they say.
The nurses were great! Every single nurse I had was awesome! I was brought in by ambulance for breathing and blood pressure issues, they gave me prompt attention, and the dr seen me right away. the only thing that could have been better was the food, but they had me on a cardio diet so it was explanation.
If you enjoy long waits, staff who don’t actively listen, and repeating your er experience at another facility than I’d say this is the er for you. I definitely recommend the outpatient physical therapy and vestibular therapy program though! They are truly amazing.
The wait time is always short.. the staff are caring and helpful. I had the worst week of my life but the AMAZING care from Dr. Sergeant and nurses Deb and Jacob.. and Tachinia.. and awesome techs especially Ana.. I am feeling great and have a good plan for my health future! Thank you NWMC staff for saving my life!!
Warning to people of color: This facility employs a Trump supporter who actively spews her support of this known racist, sexist, homophobic bigot. Do not expect to receive uptime, equal care from this employee.
