Dr. Vo and the staff here are always so friendly and make us feel welcome. Going to the dentist isn't on the top of the list of things I want to do, but since I've been coming here, I don't seem to mind. Whenever a friend or co-worker is looking for dentist recommendations, I always try to convince them to give NWH Smiles a go!
I found Northwest Hills Smiles on Yelp about 8 years ago. I was looking for a dentist for people with anxiety and dental phobia. I can honestly say that anxiety is pretty much gone now, Tammy keeps me calm and entertained. They are also making sure my kids never feel that way about going to the dentist! My dad has switched to Dr. Heggen and my kids and I see Dr. Atassi, so I know the whole practice is wonderful. I have a fear of dentists. For the first time in my 63 years, I look forward to my next visit. I was treated with such care and respect.
Dr. Heggen is a standout in the dental profession! For closer proximity to work, I switched dentists after years of going to the same one and was amazed at the service I had been missing out on. They run on time, are polite and courteous, and everyone wears a smile and is happy to see you! I was referred here by a dear friend who is a dental hygienist. They are the most caring people. Dr.Heggen worked creatively to solve a cosmetic problem prior dentists were unable to improve. The best!
