Edits: The management team did contact me to resolve the matter. Be cautious before considering this place. The positive is that the Farwest area is nice and quiet to live. However, the building is really old and the appliances are outdated. The new management team is a joke. After moving out, they will attempt to charge you a large bill-months later-for what appears to be normal wear and tear.

When I moved into Bridge at Northwest Hills I expected a smoke-free apartment; instead, I walked into an ashtray with drywall. Using a Temtop professional meter, I’ve documented indoor-air spikes that should never occur in a “non-smoking” unit: • PM2.5 regularly jumps past 27 µg/m³ (EPA “unhealthy for sensitive groups”). • Formaldehyde hovers between 0.10 – 0.20 mg/m³—up to 10× the NIOSH health-based limit and above the 0.12 mg/m³ ceiling that should never be exceeded. • Total VOCs sit around 0.77 mg/m³, well above the 0.50 ... read more

I moved into Bridge at Northwest Hills expecting a smoke-free apartment. What I got instead was an ashtray with walls. From the moment I moved in, my unit reeked of cigarette smoke and vapor—despite the lease explicitly prohibiting smoking anywhere indoors. I’ve documented multiple days of air quality spikes using a laser particle detector, with PM2.5 levels hitting over 27 µg/m³—well into territory that the EPA considers hazardous to health, especially with prolonged exposure.
