I moved in 3 and 1/2 months ago and it was the best move I've ever made the office staff, the maintenance staff and the neighbors are amazing....
I have a lot to say, but first? Shout out to the "Maintenance Guys" as they are the BEST ever. I have been delayed with just a few maintenance issues, small & tolerable. These guys jumped on fixing fridge & door knob replacement in a day! Juan, Yusvany & Eladio are superb in every way. I have lived in 12 states, owned houses & rented. Do not move in here. Please take heed to the low reviews and warnings. No hot water for over a week. Fruit flies and ant INFESTATIONS!!!
The hot water has not properly worked for over a week, and they have sent sporadic and unhelpful emails with no clear timeframe for when the hot water will be working.
Current resident here. The leasing office has terrible communication. No one answers their phones or returns emails.
