I am going on 2 years living here at The Bridge at Northwest Hills apartments and I love it. They take excellent care of the property, always well kept on the outside and if ever a need to call maintenance, they are always very quick to respond and fix the problem! The staff is consistently friendly and there is always some type of event happening for the residents…ice cream socials, food trucks, etc. I will be renewing my lease in February for another year and highly recommend living here. Toured these apartments location is great to downtown. But the outside of the building s need painted boards are rotting and the inside is not much better dated appliances and trim bear up only update is the floors. For the price I would keep looking. Somehow they are top 3 best places to live, not sure what they are using for grading that in austin.
This is a terrible place to live in, especially for the price they charge. I moved in for a year and had ac problems the whole year. Everything keeps falling apart. I also had a neighbor from bldg. 4, 1st floor telling me she had to move out because of methane gas issues coming from her bathroom. It would wake her up sometimes when she was sleeping. I recently moved out of northwest hills apartments my experience been extremely horrible! I moved out july 10th 2025 I still haven't received my deposit back from them. Everytime I call i can't never speak with the property manager. Constantly getting disrespected and hanging up in my face. Nera the front desk clerk called me many slurs. The assistant manager threatened me on many occasions!! I highly dont recommend this place !!!! You were warned !!
