Edits: The management team did contact me to resolve the matter. Be cautious before considering this place. The positive is that the Farwest area is nice and quiet to live. However, the building is really old and the appliances are outdated. The new management team is a joke. After moving out, they will attempt to charge you a large bill-months later-for what appears to be normal wear and tear.
When I moved into Bridge at Northwest Hills I expected a smoke-free apartment; instead, I walked into an ashtray with drywall. From the moment I moved in, my unit reeked of cigarette smoke and vapor—despite the lease explicitly prohibiting smoking anywhere indoors.
