Cozy community, amazing location. Rents are affordable and the office team is great! Responds quickly and always calls back. Maintenance are superstars and will get work orders completed quickly. Property is older but still in good condition. I genuinely enjoyed my time here!

Do not move here. The management doesn’t care about anything except protecting their “city funded” residents. My boyfriend lived in a small unit before I moved in with him and we transferred to a bigger apartment. He had several issues with neighbors smoking weed before we moved to a bigger place and were assured that due to the more expensive building we would be in, “those people” would not be an issue. He has serious health problems and is allergic to the smoke and the odors that come from weed. The office was told this. ... read more

I just moved here in January, but my boyfriend has lived here since 2023. This is such a well cared for property. Management is superb, and I do not say that lightly. It’s an older property so not everything is going to be brand new all the time, but what matters is having a communicative and caring process through repairs and upkeep. Absolutely recommend living here! Especially for students - great location for shops and the bus - and the property is really pretty. Units are cozy and filled with light. 10/10!
