My Ac went out. I called the ER line, in less than 10 minutes Maintenance Juan Blanco was already at my apartment resolving the inconvenience of my ac going out. Shoutout to Juan Blanco! Great Guy!

Edits: The management team did contact me to resolve the matter. Be cautious before considering this place. The positive is that the Farwest area is nice and quiet to live. However, the building is really old and the appliances are outdated. The new management team is a joke. After moving out, they will attempt to charge you a large bill-months later-for what appears to be normal wear and tear.
