The chimney in my apt leaked and it was raining in my apt over truly 4th. Juan the maintenance supervisor witnessed it. The sheetrock was removed on Monday. The walls and studs have not been repaired after many communications. No positive outcome for 4 weeks. Taylor tells me that the regional manager will schedule the repairs and she will phone me.AMP is not aligned with their core values posted on their website.

Management & Communication One of the most disappointing parts has been the difficulty in getting timely responses from the office. My Ac went out. I called the ER line, in less than 10 minutes Maintenance Juan Blanco was already at my apartment resolving the inconvenience of my ac going out. Shoutout to Juan Blanco! Great Guy!
