So we had a 15 year old unit that wasn't keeping up with the heat in the summer time. We decided to go with Northwest and paid a good amount of money for a new, bigger unit. Since we've had the unit, it still hasn't been keeping up with the heat and it will hit 80° in the day when it's set at 70°. We've had them come out multiple times to try and fix the issue but we were told everything looked fine. We had the technicians come out 2 weeks ago for maintenance and they said it looked normal. Evan and Chris replaced two HVAC systems in the town house I am renting. It was a complicated installation and they handled the entire installation so professionally. They were a pleasure to have in our home as were their crews. I highly recommend Norhtwest Heating and Cooling!!

Jason came out and looked at my old dinosaur of a heater on a day that I needed it the most. He explained that it was dangerous and he could not fix it because of carbon monoxide. I knew this day was coming but when you need your heat you need it. So that very day within hours I had a new heater. Awesome people awesome company..
My husband, Justin Morgan and I are both realtors, and we had a last minute issue come up with a home that buyer just purchased. Our HVAC technicians Rusty and Jeff were soo knowledge, it put us all at ease. It's wonderful to know of a company that we not only trust, but can count on when emergencies arise. Our AC went belly up after it was serviced by another company. We were ecoe5it since it was years old.. I had 4 different companies provide me quotes on a complete new system and new ductwork. Corey was great, he responded to my questions quickly and really knows his stuff. He arranged for us to use two portable AC units and had them delivered about 8 in the evening do we would have some relief from the heat. Northwest is the best! The AC unit that controls the upstairs of my house, needed a new motor. I called a different HVAC company that wasn't very "reliable"! They said it was going to take two weeks to get the part and fix it. So I called Northwest and they had a technician out to my house & had my AC working again that day! Thank you for the wonderful service!
