COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I just had a fireplace installed by Northwest Hearth & Home and am extremely satisfied with their products, knowledge and service. They worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and did their best to keep within my budget. My new fireplace looks terrific and I am telling everyone about my great experience. I have exactly what I wanted, thanks to Northwest Hearth & Home.
Dishonest and unreliable This company was disapointing in the fact that they failed to communicate with me all three times when what I ordered didn't come in as scheduled. I wasited far too long to get what I paid for and the Business owner's sour attitude was hard to deal with. He didn't seem to care or have answers when we had waited 2 months too long. I had to call them to get any information. Of course, they already had my money, so why did they care? I would not recommend them at all. They are rude and uncaring.
Great Company What a pleasure it was doing business with Northwest Hearth & Home - Patty was so informative about the products, and they displayed so well. We had done some extensive shopping before hand and she was the best! The fellows that installed the fireplace were very prompt & efficient. I so much appreciate their excellent service.
Excellent Selection & Service We were very satisfied with our experience with Northwest Hearth & Home. They were very helpful and the installation was hassle-free. I was pleased a how easy they made the process for us. We love our new fireplace and would recommend them to anyone!
Poor Service Stay away. Store showroom is nice, but installation is sloppy and followup service is slow. This is essentially a mom & pop business. Once they have your money, don't expect any timely service.
