Great Service! I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to comment on what a great job Northwest Hearth & Home did for us when we purchased a gas insert from them recently. My wife and I were both quite impressed by their extensive showroom selection as well as their knowledgeable staff. My roof still leaks We bought a wood burning stove and also paid for their professional installation of the stove pipe through our metal roof. Dave Cloninger, the owner, installed the stove pipe himself through our roof and assured us that he was very experienced and that the roof wouldn't leak. Well it does leak . Dave said he would not come fix it because we live too far away from his store and he can't make any money driving that far. Great Local Business I just had to comment on this great Olympia business. What a treasure they are to this community. I was completely amazed by the extensive variety of products when I first visited their showroom, and each time since continue to be so glad I did. There is always something new and interesting that I never knew existed. From the outside, it looks like a small shop, but once inside the displays and choices are nearly endless and there are stoves literally from around the world. Northwest Hearth and Home is the way to go! I was searching around to find the best deal on a stove and found it there! When I came into their showroom there was a huge selection to choose from. The staff was so helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. The installation process was fast and easy! They were in and out on the day they said they would install, and didn't leave a mess!! Very professional service, I will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again!

Buyer Beware When it Comes to Service Buyer Beware - After arranging a time to visit their store for a repair I found the employee that talked with me rude, treated me with disrespect, was argumentative and had an extremely bad attitude. Northwest Hearth and Home is warm and relaxing. Northwest Hearth and Home is warm and relaxing. We are very happy with the new plug in and the gold edge doors on the Napoleon product. Love the look. I would recommend this brand.
