Best customer service we have had in a long time.
We just had our stove installed today. The installers were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
Northwest Hearth and Home was excellent to work with. They were able to get someone to my home quickly and walked me through a cost estimate ahead of time so I knew what to expect. The employees that came to my house were on time and extremely professional. They explained everything to me in detail and were able to fix my fireplace for much less than I thought. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future.

I highly recommend NW Hearth & Home. From the showroom to the installation, everything was seamless and easy for me. They saved me close to $2K in identifying rebates (and applying/filing paperwork for them on my behalf), finding inexpensive upgrade options and allowing me to use my preferred electrician on the job. The worst company I ever had to deal with in my life! If I could give them a -10 rating I would! Lost hundreds of dollars to them and got nothing in return! Avoid like the plague!
We bought a gas stove and hearth from this company. They were awesome to work with from sales to installation. The crew that did the installation worked well together and made sure that every part of the installation was absolutely perfect. They treated our home as tho it was their own. I highly recommend this company for your fireplace/stove and hearth needs.
