Well I guess if you can take the surgery with some Tylenol you will be ok. Don’t expect a second prescription
Recommendedwith the exception of the pre-certification (which the paperwork could and should be filled out prior to you getting there) , everything else is first rate! From the time you are called back to pre-op through your surgery to your room to discharge, the nurses and pca's are kind, careful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The quality of care each patient gets the staff and doctors are awesome
The pre-op staff was very rude as well as the OR nurse. No one ever come to check on us again after getting his IV started! When my husband ask to get up and go to the bathroom the pre-op nurse huffed and rolled her eyes like she really didn’t have time for that. She grabbed a pair of socks put them on his feet, unhooked him from the monitors and said “OK” like well go already. The ORA was very pleasant and so was Dr Arnold and the anesthesia but the rest of the staff was very lacking in manners!
The wait is very short and many basic issues can be addressed here. They have a very bad bookkeeping system and even after paying, you will get a bill for what you already paid. They finish up by sending you to a debt collection agency and messing up your credit. Not worth the time you save in the waiting room versus going somewhere else.
There is not a better place to be when you need someone. They were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
