RecommendedGreat staff, treats you like family. Dr. Arnold is a fabulous surgeon. The surgery staff has it down when it comes to preparing for surgery. Nice, helps you relax! The aftercare is the best I've ever had. Super efficient and makes me feel like I'm their only patient. And the food - WOW. Better than some restaurants. Definitely not "hospital" food. I had surgery on my great toe yesterday and as an RN of 46 years, I can say all of the staff in PACU and the surgery team were very professional and personable. Dr. Charles Ginn (no relation) performed the surgery and as always he was great. From the moment we set foot in the door, we felt welcome, even with the COVID19 restrictions. Since I had received a telephone call to provide my personal information, check in was painless and not rushed. I was taken to PACU where I was prepped for surgery. These guys do a great job taking care of patients. Small hospital handling orthopedic, bariatric, and spine surgeries. This is my second trip here for orthopedic work.
I recommend anyone needing specialty surgery to invest in the amazing group of people in this institution. Everyone goes above and beyond to care for the patients here. Post op, the staff was very informative and made home contact to be sure I have everything I need and to inquire about how I was feeling. The surgeon was very informative and professional. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this group of people are.

Dr Arnold repaired my torn up shoulder about 5 years ago today. It’s still going strong and is now stronger than my favored arm. The team and the follow up were excellent.
