The clinic is clean and neat, the staff and the oral hygienist are very welcoming and caring. The cleaning is done without much wait time.

I love everyone at NW General Dentistry. The office ladies are warm and inviting. The hygienist, Mary, is gentle and caring, and Dr. Otten is always concerned about making his patient’s dental health, well-being and needs his priority. It’s a winning combination at this dental office!

I’ve been going to Dr. Valkil and Mary, the hygienist, for years. They’re caring, patient and pleasant. Procedures are in place to keep everyone safe during Covid.
Very little waiting in waiting room. Dr was very thorough.
