Having forgotten my appointment on Friday at 7:00, Thursday afternoon i accepted a conference call for 8:30. When i explained my situation to the receptionist, they brought me back and started my e-rays. Thanks to everyone's help i made it to Stafford for my conference call. THANK YOU!

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Vakil and recently, I broke my front tooth late in the afternoon towards the end of the week and I was going to be out of town the following week. So with great effort between the doctor and his staff, they were able to get me in to the office immediately. With Dr. Vakil's expertise, he was able to put a temporary tooth until I return. I have been a patient at Northwest General Dentistry since 1998 or 1999. Since that time the office staff has changed several times. However, Dr. Vikel's commitment to excellent care has "Never" changed. For years I was afraid to go to a dentist, however, the use of nitrous has made dental visits less frightening!
Wonderful experience, as always.
Mary always does a great job and it's great to see her. Dr. Vakil is also always helpful.
