My visit went great, the practice offers a good plan of their own for those who don't have dental insurance, which greatly helps me out. I get good service, the care I receive is high quality, and I appreciate that the dr. is willing to work with me, in that I am against any high-tech, newer procedures that I will never be able to afford, even if I had insurance. very professional andcomfortable
I have been going to Northwest General Dentistry for about 8 years. Both Dr. Vakil and Dr. Otten are very professional and kind. In addition to that, my favorite hygienist is Mary. She is very professional, and the way she is cleaning the teeth is very gentle and patient. I would definitely recommend the Northwest General Dentistry to my friends.
Very pleased, staff is courteous and professional. Appointment times are kept, they get you in and out on time. Mary is the best.
First I have to say, I have always been terrified of Dentist, I have been going to this office for over 5yrs, over these years, I can now walk in without taking an anxiety medication. I always have a great experience, from the time I walk through the front door the staff and Doctors are always pleasant, very helpful and very patience (with any anxieties), they listen and explain in detail all that is needed.
