Very quick getting in, only a couple minute wait in lobby. Receptionist was friendly. Cindy the Hygienist made me feel at ease with conversation and she gentle while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Vakill was great as always

As always I was in the chair at my scheduled time, the hygienist was very personable, gentle and did a great job. I was able to schedule my next visit from the chair and not have to wait at the "window". Very pleasing experience.
Cindy was great. Answered all my questions and gave me great information. Looking forward to seeing her in March.

Mary, my dental hygienist, has served my dental needs for several years. Always cleans and polishes my teeth to perfection. At this location since late 1980s or early 1990s I have trusted Dr. Vakil and Dr. Otten and his staff 100%. I am 75, still have my teeth. My dental needs are met with listening, suggestion and application. If you are looking for a dentist I suggest this is the place. 529 and hwy 6.

I will just reiterate what I've said previously. I’ve been going to Northwest General Dentistry for 12 years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and understanding of my unreasonable dental phobia. Dr. Otten and Dr. Vakil are amazing dentists—always checking to make sure I’m doing okay during any procedures. Mary, my dental hygienist, is superb! She is thorough, yet gentle, exuding warmth and calmness as she cleans my teeth. I can’t imagine going to any other dental practice.
