Dr. Otten is always the best. I have gotten so much stuff done here and the pain afterward is always nothing. I don't ever have to fill the prescriptions. I never mind going to the dentist now. I used to hate it.

Good experience
I have found my dentist for life!! Dr. Vakil and his staff are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, but Dr. Vakil is very patient and understanding.
Root Canals are never fun!They are however easier when your Doctor delivers NO pain during the procedure. Great work from the front of the house to the back. Keep it up NWGD.
Friendly staff and great service
I had a long, involved (to my way of thinking) procedure. I was somewhat nervous about this as I knew this was going to take awhile. Dr. Vakhil and Mary made sure I was comfortable and monitored how I was doing closely. Dr. Vakhil also explained what he would be doing, including when the bridge proved difficult to remove because of thick metal construction.I have gone to Northwest General Dentistry for several years and have always been pleased not only with the dental care but the professionalism of the entire staff.
