Both the staff and dentists are excellent. They are very prompt with little to no waiting time. Everyone is very professional and caring.
My experience on yesterday was the best ever. I usually have high anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr. Otten knows that about me now and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you Dr. Otten. :-)

Overall, a pleasant experience considering the work being done. Staff was awesome! However, the wait time for getting insurance to approve the procedure took almost 40 minutes which was way too long in my book.
Very close to my home and excellent service.
Dr. Otten and his assistant Audry (not sure of her name) were excellent!!! No one looks forward to getting a crown, but I can honestly say that their bed side manner is off the charts!!!
